View Your Case

Instant, On-Line Access to Your HUD 1!

Chatham Title's processing software will allow you internet access to view your HUD 1 and processing notes.  Our regular weekly email updates will continue to include the HUD 1 as an attachment.  But, updates will also include instructions on how you can view your HUD 1 and processing notes any time of the day or night from any location where you have internet access.

This access will not include any sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or loan account numbers.  Lender documents will not be available.  So you need not worry about information security.     

To see how this works...

1. Go to http://chatham.iorderexpress.com

2. Use chatham as your user ID and guestpass as your password. 

3. Choose to see file number MOCK. This will take you to a mock file prepared for this purpose. 

4. The first screen is an overview of the status of the file. 

5. Click on the HUD pdf file at the bottom of the page to either view or print the mock HUD 1.**

The freedom to view your files as they are being processed is just another example of how Chatham Title is taking the real estate settlement process to a new level.
