Ms. Crittenden has more than 30 years experience serving
the Northern Virginia real estate community as an agent and settlement
processor. She is a licensed real estate and title insurance agent and is a
member of the American Land Title Association and the Virginia Land Title
Association. She oversees all Chatham Title operations and will personally
conduct most of the settlements.

Operating Officer
Ms. Gernhofer is an Arlington native and has enjoyed a
long career in management consulting and program management. She serves as
liaison to all Chatham Title service providers and oversees day-to-day

 CHRISTINA TORRES
Manager,
Processing and Post Closing
Ms. Torres has nearly 10 years experience processing and post
closing real estate settlements. She oversees the processing, recordations
and disbursements on all Chatham Title cases.

Mr.
Wooldridge has enjoyed a long career in management consulting and business
development for various industries, most recently for a national insurance
broker. Through networking with various real estate agents, lenders,
and other groups, he will expand business opportunities for Chatham Title

Background
Chatham Title
was founded in 2004 by Sherry (Reynolds) Crittenden as a real estate
settlement company focused on providing exemplary service to top real estate
producers and lenders in Northern Virginia. Chatham Title is rooted within
one of North Arlington's oldest real estate families. Sixty years ago,
Walter "Cap" Reynolds started building and selling homes in Northern
Virginia. Cap's three sons followed in his footsteps. The eldest son
eventually formed his own successful design/build company and has been
building new homes and renovating existing home for nearly 30 years. The
other two sons own and operate what is now one of Arlington's best real
estate brokerage companies.
